I used to go to Kathy until she left over a year ago. She was excellent. However, no one will say where she went (guess they’re afraid they’ll lose business). Had two other girls who did a decent job. Then had a stylist named Cindy who did very well. She, as well as Kathy, would always not only cut your hair but blow dry it and do some styling without me even asking or paying more. The last girl I had just seemed to rush me through and absolutely did no styling. It was an awful cut. I understand Cindy is at the Cave Spring location. Hate to make an extra long trip but may be worth it. Just cannot give more stars for this location.

West Main St. Salem, Va. location 8/27/20. Regular men’s haircut. Even with a $3 off coupon I was charged $18 for a simple haircut. Outrageous! If it wasn’t for the very pleasant & courteous stylist who cut my hair, I would likely rate ONE star!

Normally my wife gets acceptable attitudes and cuts from this store, but when she tried it today it was nothing but attitudes and impatience. Wifey tried to adhere by all the papers/rules/regulations they put on the door, but it seems their Covid policies have changed and they haven’t replaced the window info yet. She ended seeing walk-in’s welcome on the window, but the number they posted said walk-ins were not welcome. She also called the number @ 1130 and no one answered since they didn’t open till 12. She called back at 12 and got an appt for 1230 from the operator. She then asked when 1230 rolls around are you going to call me or do I call you to let me in. Phone operator said “Just walk up to the door…we will see you through the window”…all of this was done like she was being bothered to make an appt and give the customer some info. Wifey the proceeded to tell her to cancel her appt and she will go somewhere else to spend her money.

Wish could give negative number. Not only did they totally give worst haircut ever. They also charged my credit card for three haircuts instead of one and after repeated calls was told no refund that I was in wrong. Am not done with my dispute. DO NOT GO HERE.
