Came in and had Jeramie fix my hacksaw home job. Appointments available by texting too which was super convenient. He asked me what I wanted and also gave me his opinion. I didn’t have much idea, Just layers! I want a hair person who just knows what to do already and he understood! I’m not a hairstylist! BEAUTIFY ME! My hair turned out great and we made some small talk and it was just… a really easy time. I would recommend Jeramie 10/10. Good prices. Great location.

Fantastic hair, beauty and nails salon. Beautiful, warm, bright, spotless, and inviting. Lisa transitioned from working at Tomo’s on Park Avenue for 22 years to here. She listens to what you want and understands how to cut Asian hair. Prices are very reasonable. Wash, cut and style = $35.

I love love love Angie! She was so sweet and hospitable. Did a wonderful job with my hair color and cut both times I’ve gone so far. She takes the time to teach you how to style your hair better if you ask questions (which I need!), never seems to rush through anything, asks questions so she understands what you want. Best hair stylist I’ve had so far. Will definitely continue to use her.

Got my hair done by Lauren although she partially did it correct she didn’t do the the color red I asked for in the beginning. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she didn’t come through. I think she’s a great hair stylist. I think a woman should get what she pays for too !!

I really wanted to like this place but sadly I cannot recommend it. In fact I would say stay away from there, or at least definitely do not book a haircut with Lauren. I hate my haircut. My first time there and she rushed through the consultation, insulted the haircut I came in with (even though I said I like it) heard one thing I said and decided to take over from there. Because even if I was was agreeing to what she said, In the end my haircut looks neither like what I wanted (which was the cut I came in with) nor like what I thought it would be based on her explanation. It’s from another decade. The worst part is that she was aggressive, confronting me in the middle of the haircut when I started to get nervous. I’m always nervous with a new stylist, but I’ve never had one treat me like she did. Don’t give her your business.

OMG! I can NEVER find a hairstylist in Alameda that I can consistently go back to for a consistently great hair cut until Tik at Sabai Salon. I have natural wavy hair with a bit of friz and using products breaks my skin out. Tik suggested that I try a Keratin treatment and my hair has been FRIZ FREE for over 3 months now. I no longer have to kill my hair with a flat iron, I can wake up and go! Words can not describe how awesome Tik is at Sabai.
