Kasey colored my hair today and I am thoroughly impressed. She did full head foils, highlights and low lights, and also cut my hair. She was amazing. She was so easy to talk to and there were never any awkward moments of silence. I have heard horror stories or ppl going to chain hair places so I was a little scared but Kasey did not disappoint!! I called when they opened at 9am and made an appointment for 11am and that worked out great. I didn’t have to wait. I didn’t feel rushed. She was just really nice and a cool down to earth woman to talk to. Thank you Kasey!!!

Long time SuperCuts customer. First time to this salon. The dirty and low-stocked bathroom should have warned me not to stay for my appointment. When it was my turn I was almost upset they didn’t ask if I wanted a shampoo/wash. Then I saw that they hadn’t swept the floor around the chairs from what looked to be at least 4 clients and I didn’t want to know what their sink looked like. Even after having a seat, no one cleaned up the piles of hair on the floor. The work station was also covered in hair, understandably, but most salons I have been to take a hair dryer to at least blow the trimmings to the floor. I told her that I only wanted a quick trim (2 inches max) for the deadest of dead ends and she was pushing for 3-5 inches more than what I wanted off. I told her that since I’m getting married in a few months and still don’t know how I’m doing my hair, I didn’t want to lose length or fully shape it until I know the style I wanted. I regretfully stayed in the chair. I had more hair cut off than what I wanted done for that day. I don’t even know my stylist’s name since she never introduced herself and the conversation was very short. I was in the chair for probably 10 minutes total if that. If I had short hair it would be one thing, but my hair was down to my lower back. It was not worth the $23 for a “super cut”. I will never go back here again.

We usually get our haircuts at Great Clips but the wait was 94 minutes. Was driving home and saw Supercuts and only had a short wait. The wonderful lady who cut both my sons hair and mine was great. Talkative without any awkwardness. Haircuts were on point as well. Highly recommended!!

I had the most lovely experience at this supercuts! The stylists are absolutely amazing! I trust each and every one of them with my hair. I continue to send all my friends and family there! They all are highly educated in the beauty world! I have seen them deal with some terrible entitled clients while waiting and they were able to provide excellent costumer service even while being spoken down to. Love them! 🙂

I’ve been to many Supercuts across Pittsburgh and I have to say that the north hills shops are by far the best. The stylists are all nice and friendly. I’ve always enjoyed chatting with them and they have always done a good job on my hair. I will continue to go back.
