Kerry preformed two rows of extensions on me. After 6 weeks (2 weeks before my move up) my entire bottom row fell out. Beads full of hair were also falling out (view photos). She refused to get me in for an appointment. Instead she told me I could “take them out with pliers” or reach out to a new stylist. When I contacted her about the issue instead she immediately got defensive and started blaming me. “This is not her fault and I ruined them on vacation.” She continued to message me instead of taking accountability for her own actions (view messages below in photos) and post me on social media for her clients to see. This has been the worst form of customer service I have ever serviced in my life.

She is friendly, professional and always takes her time on my hair. She always styles my hair and makes me feel like I’m the most important client! This was my first time going and this salon is by far the CUTEST! Not to mention Cam and Kerry are super sweet, and know what they are doing.
