Came in with a layered cut that had grown out. Just wanted it trimmed up. Stylist told me she “can’t cut my hair in layers because my hair is too thin”. Okay, explain to me then how I came in with a layered cut? She trimmed the bottom of my hair but would not cut the way I asked.

Made an appointment over the phone for the same day, early evening, no wait even though I was running 15 minutes late. Friendly staff, very clean and organized salon and my stylist did an awesome job. Definitely my go to spot for a cut!

I came in for an haircut at 12:30. The place was empty but I was told I needed to wait 30 minutes. They took my name and number and I waited in my car until 1pm. I called and they said 5 minutes. At 1:30 I went in and they said I was to wait 20 more minuets. This is absolutely ridiculous. I watched 3 people walk in and walk out with a haircut. The lady I was speaking to in person and on the phone was very rude. I will literally never be coming back here, in fact I would warn other people to never go here! I just wanted a hair cut you guys are crazy

I went yesterday for haircut & also wanted it blown out. 1st I was told to wait 1 1/2 before coming in to a walk in place which I did. Told her I had an event tonite. She refused to blowout my hair because didn’t have time, had to go eat & nobody else could do for few hours. She was not accommodating at all & rude. I will never go there again. Been going since opened. I called Spruce Salon 3 mins away. Took me right in & were wonderful!!
