I first saw Jen a few months ago for therapeutic massages both before and after my first marathon. She has excellent communication, both with text communication to schedule appointments, and during sessions. When I come in for my massage, she always starts with asking how I am doing and if I have any problem areas I would like her to specifically address. Jen is also a genuine listener, as she asks about things we discussed at prior visits. Her massage work did wonders for my pre- and post-marathon recovery. So much so, that I have decided to keep seeing her on a regular basis. Her massage technique is excellent and very relaxing. I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, both body and mind! I highly recommend her services.
