I called and made an appointment a couple days in advance to make sure I was able to get my hair cut. When I got there they were closed. It was only 330pm. They should have more respect for there customers.

This place was terrible. After waiting an hour I was given the worst haircut of my life. It is terribly uneven and choppy. I can not believe it was just such a horrible experience. Very friendly and did a great job. My 3 yo son got his hair cut and the stylist was patient, kind, and sweet. Cleaned up his edges nicely. Wasn’t too busy but had to make a same day appointment online prior to going but the process was easy.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityEmily did my hair- she dyed and cut it. First of all she was SPOT ON with the color I wanted and showed her. She trimmed my hair a week or two after and my hair feels so silky and I love showing off my new color to my coworkers. She trimmed it without hacking a bunch of inches off, and paid close attention to every detail of her work. You can tell Emily loves her job and what she does. She is super professional and was an absolute pleasure talking to!!! She made me feel pampered and special the entire time I was there. I HIGHLY SUGGEST ASKING FOR HER IF YOU MAKE AN APPT. She trimmed my hair a week or two after and my hair feels so silky and I love showing off my new color to my coworkers. I walked in for a haircut at 10:30 am nobody was there except the stylists and one person came in behind me. The lady asked me if I had an appointment I said no. She said that I could not be seen till 3:30 in the afternoon

Got a cut & color that I was very happy with. I was there 3 weeks ago and they weren’t blow drying at that time. All services are by appointment only. No walk in service. Good idea to call before you go. It’s was nice getting my hair done even with the changes.

Not a place for men’s haircuts. Maybe you can get lucky and have a skilled person cut your hair. I unfortunately wasn’t so lucky. It took a few days for me to realize I had a bad hair cut. Leaving the place I thought it was just because I haven’t showered after the haircut. Then I went home and showered. Afterwards it still felt and looked strange. The front wasn’t cut properly. Patches were cut too deep others were overlooked. Also they thinned out areas they shouldn’t have. Clearly I was dealing with an inexperienced person. I will not return to Supercuts. I rather watch YouTube tutorials and hope for the best.

the atmosphere here is always friendly and welcoming. it’s fun listening to the girls chat and having conversations with my stylist. Nicki knows exactly how i like my hair and always does a great job. definitely recommend this location!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy Husband had Emily cut her hair. His appointment was at 4pm and didn’t get out of the salon until 5pm! When he sat down, he asked for a high and tight. She then started talking his ear off and when she got close to getting done. My husband had asked for her to go higher with the fade. she went higher, but most definitely not a high and tight. We were already late for the plans we had tonight so he wasn’t gonna sit there and have her attempt to fix it. We will not be returning as an hour is insane for a haircut and also did not give him what he asked for.
