I Entered This Establishment To Receive A Haircut. The Nice Lady That Approached Me Put In My Name And Found My Notes. Asked If I Was Still Going With The Bald Fade And I Replied Yes Ma’am. She Took Me To Her Chair Proceeded To Cut. Made Some Small Talk. But She Could Tell I’m Not A Small Talk Kind Of Guy. I have never met a more rude person or location at great clips. I have been coming for years and the lady with the short hair was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever come across in all of my time coming here. I walked out I did not even get my service performed here, and I will never return to this location ever again.

This is the worst experience I ever had in service industry. I don’t know the name of the employee but he was Harsh and rude in his response. My child has a language barrier and he can only get his haircut by sitting on parent lap. This employee was very rude and doesn’t understand the emotional bonding between parent and kid with a haircut. He said that he wouldn’t allow that in his store but I did get his haircut in the past month at the same store. My kid was very excited about the haircut and I requested that he do the haircut but he was very stubborn about it. I left the store and looked up online about the greatclips policy. I found an greatclips page allowing an infant to sit in parent lap to get the haircut and so, I walked back to the store and asked about this “greatclips policy”. He said he was told not to do that and his 3 years working at that store, he didn’t allow that. But we have down many haircuts in the past two years and all at the great clips locations. I have waited for 40 mins but he was worried about the customers waiting in line. I have question now. As they insisted that my kid sit alone in chair and if I had my kid sit himself and my kid gets hurt during the haircut with discomfort, would the store be responsible for that? About the greatclips page, his response was that franchises can work independently and it was the store policy that he was told. I was very frustrated about this whole experience. An apology or a greeting can’t make my day any better after this worst experience at the store. I’m not visiting this store again. I hated every minute of the discussion.
