Made an appointment online and was seen on time by a friendly female employee that was hip and straight out professional. I am going with 4 stars instead of 5 as they had 7 lightbulbs out in main show room where you would pay and or sit. That is a clear sign to me on top of bathrooms of an issue. Again service was a 5 star , went with 4 over presentation. Will visit again and fingers crossed lights are fixed by that point

The 2 guys on weekdays give good cuts but are sooo slow and poky. Tried just doing a walk in because there was nobody waiting otherwise would have came back another time. Made reservation told be rite with you and guy 1 gets on phone in the middle of cut for like 15-20 minutes while his customer in chair getting annoyed too. Finally gets done w him and all his other delays and a lady walks in before he gets on phone again, then takes 10 minutes to sell a gift card. The other guy doing a wash and slower. After waiting 45 minutes for him to finish and being on deck takes the ladies kid who just walked in and tells me I’m sorry there is 1 ahead of you. Too bad I got a good cut from each once and a fair tipper for a decent timely haircut but no time to be a second rate customer and stupidity.

Friendly staff, clean space, not expensive. Appointment recommended, since they are located in a busy shopping area, along with home depot and Walmart supercenter, to mention a few. 8.10.22 UPDATE – I still like the place, it’s fast and efficient, and I still see same staff overtime. Retention of employees is a good sign.

Critical: ProfessionalismDrove 30 minutes in the rain to get there. The male technician told me they were not able to take anymore clients because they were booked solid. The salon was empty and when we drove past 20 minutes later, the salon was still empty. He tried blaming his regional manager. Sucks to be him. I usually tip my boys’ barbers 50-100%.

The staff are amazing. I made an appointment with Jamie and everything was what I expected. I was greated by the staff when I arrived. I was a few mins early so I only waited a couple mins. The place was very clean and the prices are reasonable. Jamie did an amazing job. He didn’t do any cutting until we discussed what I wanted. I feel so much better after I got my hair cut. I love the layers that Jamie did too. It definitely took weight off my head. When I need another hair cut I will definitely be back to see Jamie. Thanks again Jamie for the amazing job.

I’ve been getting my haircut here since 2008. I first came because they took walk-ins, which is something I needed due to having an extremely bad health issue. Fortunately, that has been long resolved, but I keep coming back. Employees come and go, but I’ve been getting great haircuts from everyone they hire. The prices are totally fair and the place is always clean. It’s a winner, for me.
