I had a gel manicure done before family photos. Sammy helped me match the color the the dress I wore. My nails look great two weeks later. The salon was relaxing and welcoming. Defiantly will be back again. Gel manicures

My gel pedicure was great, but when I was ready to check out, the new owner charged me $20 for a soak off. On their price sheet, it specifically said $12, but I was charged $8 extra because I did not get an ADDITIONAL service to my nails. The new owner did not explain this price change before my service, and she got a little attitude when I questioned the charge. I felt a bit tricked and I think all new prices should be updated and shared, before services are started.

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a regular client with Nina and Hai since they opened. I gave 30% tips during the hard pandemic times. I’m giving my nails a rest from gel and called yesterday to make an appointment for a mani/pedi and was told they no longer do manicures. What kind of nail salon doesn’t offer manicures?!! I’m very disappointed with this salon and will NEVER return. A word of caution to clients-Nina talks about clients she doesn’t like and she has said to me more than once about certain clients that “they’re not clean; their bottoms smell”. This was totally offensive and not professional at all! All they want to do are the more expensive gels and dips.I have been a regular client with Nina and Hai since they opened. I’m giving my nails a rest from gel and called yesterday to make an appointment for a mani/pedi and was told they no longer do manicures. What kind of nail salon doesn’t offer manicures?!! Just got my nails done there today after reading some good reviews. Called to schedule an appointment and even though they were pretty booked for the day, Nina was able to fit me in. She was also the one who did my nails. I literally didn’t wait at all! In fact, I never saw anyone waiting. I got a full acrylic set with french tips. She was speedy and they still came out looking fantastic. The entire visit, from the moment I walked in the door and INCLUDING drying time, took only 50 minutes! She doesn’t even charge extra for the french tip airbrush! She knew the name of every single customer that came in while I was there and even though I had never been there before, once she found out my name she proceeded to use it during my entire visit. It made me feel like a regular, even though I wasn’t. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a salon!

Have been here once, and will definitely be returning! Nina not only did a great job, but I was done with a gel manicure in 20 minutes. I didn’t have an appointment, but she took me anyway. Best prices I have seen anywhere, and the color selection for gel application is HUGE! I highly recommend this salon 🙂
