Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueHours keep changing and not updated online, so you have to drive there to see the hours posted on the door since they are poor at answering calls. Try to call there and staff not the best at answering calls. Took 3 times calling before someone finally answered the phone (this has happened more than on one occasion). Someone finally answered and asked if they had a bed available. I was told they would be closing 45 minutes early, which is an hour and 15 minutes from their closing time listed online. Also, staff seems very inexperienced. We keep informing them of a burned out bulb in one of the beds that has not been replaced.
