Absolutely had a great experience. The receptionist was super friendly and inviting. My wax specialist, Samantha, was sooooooo helpful :)). I haven’t been waxed in 5 yrs (brazilian, since my wedding day), and this was a great experience to be eased back into. I was already self conscious about some ingrowns and hyperpigmentation I have, but Samantha was knowledgeable, delicate, and so down to Earth. Def 5 stars. I skate scheduled my follow up and I def plan on making this a part of my monthly mama-self-care routine. UBER SATISFIED!

My esthetician was very informal on how to take care of my skin and she made me feel comfortable while I was kind of scared during the waxing. She reminded me to come regularly so my hair grows back evenly. She also told me to moisturize the areas with ingrown hair with Claudia’s Ingrown Hair Treatment Oil. My very first appointment was very detailed and careful. My esthetician was very informal on how to take care of my skin and she made me feel comfortable while I was kind of scared during the waxing. She reminded me to come regularly so my hair grows back evenly. She also told me to moisturize the areas with ingrown hair with Claudia’s Ingrown Hair Treatment Oil. Her service was always great and she is so sweet. I attempted to make an appointment with her recently and they told me transferred to this location. I absolutely love Adriana! She is very patient, kind and full of great conversation! I do the sugar hair removal treatment. Adriana was very knowledgeable on the difference between wax & sugar and gave me more than 5 reasons to do the sugar for the extra benefits it has to provide. I will never go back to wax! This place was absolutely horrible. Don’t waste your money. I booked my first ever sugaring here and before I knew it I was being waxed and simultaneously berated for not choosing to do a sugaring instead. You could imagine my surprise when I booked sugaring! Unprofessional, dirty, and should be condemned. It’s not clean! I’d rather be tortured with my hairs plucked one by one than go back here.
