Critical: ProfessionalismHorrible business ethics. Happy to scam & steal from you. Multiple headaches on how they handled their customers during the pandemic.All started at the beginning of the covid lockdown, they closed for just a short time, & then without any sort of notification upon re-opening began charging membership accounts. Mind you, this was still the heart of lockdown. Who’s going tanning?I called to CANCEL my membership immediately upon seeing the initial charge & get a refund. No problem, right?THIS exact thing happend the next following THREE months. $50 being automatically drawn from my account. During lockdown, while unemployed due to the pandemic. Each time I would have to call, & most times the person working was just part-time & had to leave messages for their manager, so it would take sometimes a week for something to be done.Remeber, each one of these times I had to explain that I’ve CANCELED my membership.Finally, the 3rd or 4th time of this happening, I was pretty fed up. Then one call, I happened by chance to speak to the Owner of the chain & explained this ongoing situation. She apologized & assured me that I, “Would not be charged again, and WHENEVER (I) choose to return, (I) would have 2 months free tanning credit.”Great. Fast forward to now (1/2022) & I finally feel comfortable enough to go back to regular tans.The kind attendant looks up my account, & apparently my account was only put on a 6 or 8 month” hold”.. So the first two months I was free credited earlier had been used as payment, then they were charging me for ALL the months after! Without ANY type of notification or call.So according to my account, I OWED THEM hundreds of dollars! Who doesn’t maybe think to call a “member” when something like this is happening for over a year??The only thing that kept them from automatically drawing it from my account, was the fact that I got a new credit card somewhere in that time. Otherwise they would have been happily & silently collecting that payment without a peep.Obviously not fair, or what was agreed to with the Owner.The attendant at the time left a message for her manager. Was told that she would reach out to me via phone/email (which I left). Of course that didn’t happen. I had to stop in, just to find out that their final solution was to clear the ridiculous owing balance, but not credit me the free 2 months for the initial mistakes on their behalf. Gee, thanks.The only thing that saves this place is the kind, part-time workers, who aren’t in any position of power to blame for these gross mishaps. Otherwise it’s a dishonest mess. Unbelievable.Do yourself a favor & follow everyone else to your local gym that includes tanning in a membership that’s far more affordable than the $50 monthly membership here.Horrible business ethics. Positive: CleanlinessThe girl at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. She answered my questions and helped me pick products. I always have a good experience there when I go for my pre vacation base tan. Only concern would be that the phone system doesn’t seem to work. Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve been there 3 times so far with a groupon. First time going in the lady rolled her eyes at me as if I was unconvincing her. Next day I went in and it was the same lady, I walked in, right away with out even looking at me yells “last name” couldn’t even say hello. Got into the bed and it was extremely oily, defiantly was not cleaned, DISGUSTING. Third time I went in there was a different lady, super friendly, but the bed I got was again, very grimy. Not clean AT ALL. I would not be going back but I need to use the rest of the groupon I bought. Terrible experience. Love the location, HUGE salon with great beds! Love the high pressure and level 4 stand up. I never ever have to wait for a bed, there’s always one open for me. Very clean salon with a fantastic lotion selection! Everyone that works here is so nice too, I always feel welcomed!

It was uncomfortable and set a bad tone for me. Particularly, it makes you not want to “bother” her with questions.Thankfully after my service, she was much nicer and it was like dealing with a completely different person.Not sure how to feel after visiting. Great staff to be found at this salon. Obviously cleanliness is the biggest factor when weighing in consideration for a place to tan. This spot is flawless on that count. Their beds are fantastic as well with new bulbs. I also highly recommend their spray tan. Who can beat walking into a salon virtually pale and walking out 15 minutes later with a nice glow after a spray and a tan, minus the orange cast? Thanks from this sun seeker!

There is one staff member here who can be quite rude sometimes. She wouldn’t let me move up to a level 4 because it was my second day with my tanning pass even though I had paid for all levels. It’s really not up to her what I want to do since I paid for all levels. All the other staff members are great and super friendly. The tanning beds are clan for the most part. The standing bed typically isn’t swept out after people use it and the floors in the rooms are always pretty dirty.

Do not go here, biggest scammers ever. Managers never call you back. Have you sign a contract with all the protection in the world for them and all the ways to F you in the A. I’ve paid for a 6 month membership and gone under 15 times. biggest waste of money ever. Also got charged the membership fee when I signed up and then in the contract the regular membership withdraw day is in January so I got charged twice even though I’ve been a member for less than a year and was canceling my membership the next month, but not after they charged me for another whole month. I could go on and on but please don’t go here
