Critical: ValueMy first experience with a tanning salon. Are they all like this? It was like going to a timeshare seminar. The brochure comes out from behind the desk, so you have only a few minutes to figure out what plan to choose – ultimate, platinum, gold, ect. There was no information to take home, and much like their website, little to go on for the new customer. They didn’t even offer the one free week they claim on their website, plus we had a discount voucher that didn’t work because they said my wife wasn’t a new customer (apparently, a one-time spray tan from a couple years ago in another town was affiliated with this outfit…and for some reason both our discounts were cancelled). I brought this up, but unfortunately after I had already signed up, albeit the same day. They wouldn’t honor anything. Basically, they had what they wanted.So, what was supposed to be a discounted offer turned into a well-over $200 one-month charge. Then it’s a fiasco getting them to cancel. First you are forced to take a second month, then you need to give 30-day advanced notice, or you get charged again. You have to tell them in July you want to cancel for September, and that may need in writing. IDK. Now I sit waiting to see if they are going to keep charging me each month. My first experience with a tanning salon. Are they all like this? It was like going to a timeshare seminar. The brochure comes out from behind the desk, so you have only a few minutes to figure out what plan to choose – ultimate, platinum, gold, ect. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLove this place!!!!’ Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love the staff! The clean environment, they offer a lot of choices to the customers. I’ve been to several tanning places and none compare. Alyssa at the front desk is awesome! Always friendly and knowledgeable. Give this place a try!!
