absolutely amazing! me and my mom were able to just walk in and get her pedicure and my manicure! the guy who did my nails was very polite, he knew what he was doing and my nails came out just like the picture! they were a great price too!! i definitely recommend

Positive: Qualityi called this morning to see if there was any availability and they squeezed me in for 1pm. i showed up 15 mins early and was seated right away. my pedicure was absolutely amazing and relaxing. my manicure is even better than what i wanted. they were amazing. i’ll definitely be back!

Wife’s first time there went well. She liked it very much seemed clean not very crowded either in and out relatively quickly. Although the staff did seem to yell at you when you walk in every time to ask “what do you want/need” even though I was just in there with my wife 2 minutes before. They seemed slightly rude too in general conversation. They don’t seem to pay attention to people that come in and out. But my wife liked it there and that’s all that matters and they did a good job. Just slightly awkward though for people waiting on someone.

Remmy the nail operator there is the rudest person I have ever encountered in recent memory. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! He is so unprofessional.There is a huge language barrier there, too. Plus Remmy did a very sloppy job on my nails. All he ever did was remove my nail polish and put a new one on. Absolutely, no nail care whatsoever. No removal ever of nail cuticles, not even pushing them back, no proper filing, no cleaning of the nails, no hand lotion massage. There are not many choices of nail color there either. If I decided to change a color (which I rarely do) he would get all upset with me and snap his tongue. He is nasty. Sometimes, I like to do an accent nail, he would look at me like, “What are you talking about?” All this for $40?? But wait a minute. I noticed the charge was $41.50, not $40 the actual charge of the gel manicure. I asked him why is is $41.50 after I already inserted my card in and looked at the receipt and he snickered at me with a half laugh and said, “You use credit card.” I was never informed by him nor is there any signage anywhere that if you pay by credit card (most people do) there is a $1.50 fee. I really resent this. The only reason I stayed as long as I did was I was given a loyalty card but he didn’t give it to me right away like he should have. You get $10 off after 10 services but I had to do 11.This is now the third group of Asians that have tried to run this salon since it opened and they feel they can do whatever they want and charge what they want. I will never return there. I really want to give this place ZERO stars.

I used to go to Kovy in Destin before they closed. I thought maybe this would be the same owner. I never left Kovy feeling disappointed and my nails were always perfect. First let me say, my pedicure was the best I’ve had. She really really took her time and just did an overall amazing job. The price was reasonable and I what I got was an amazing price for the service provided. My manicure on the other hand…the shape is awful, there is bubbles all through out them. This was my first time doing dip polish I assumed he was going to finish them off with something. I showed my sister and she laughed for five minutes. I mean, it’s really a joke when you look at them. I will return but ONLY for a pedicure.

This was my first time at Kovy nails. I spent a total of about 35 minutes there. Not a long wait time. Friendly staff. Very clean. The color selection for dip nails was very slim. The person that did my nails did a decent job. He had to add tips to 3 of my nails to even them out for the dip color.So, the nails that have the tip are thick and not filed to a natural finish. He attempted to fix one of the nails but some of the color came off and that’s how it was left. Overall Reasonably priced,clean, and short wait time.
