Been coming here since the early 2000s (before it was called sunflower).. went there a couple days ago and tried to use a gift certificate that is a few months old (not even a year old) and was told I couldn’t because it’s expired. That’s not a thing in Washington state gift certificates cannot expire and after 20 years they should know I’m not trying to scam them out of $20. Will not ever go back now on principle that I, myself am the one that paid for the gift certificate and then I couldn’t even use it.

Charged me 75$ for a pedicure and mani I was bleeding the whole time through. Don’t go here, they won’t acknowledge there mess up or even try to clean and bandage the cut they caused. I was gonna give them a higher rating if they corrected their error but they didn’t; still had me pay full price and I could see the light pink all over the white rag just embarrassing . If you don’t wanna be sliced meat go somewhere else.
