Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my nails done here twice and every time they were done here, they were weak and cut my real nail in half. At first I thought it was my fault and completely avoided acrylics for a good 3 months until I got them done recently at a different place. My nails have been perfectly fine for the past 2 weeks and are still going on strong. Not to mention, during the procedure, they made me bleed 3 times!! I got my nails done here twice and every time they were done here, they were weak and cut my real nail in half. At first I thought it was my fault and completely avoided acrylics for a good 3 months until I got them done recently at a different place. My nails have been perfectly fine for the past 2 weeks and are still going on strong. Not to mention, during the procedure, they made me bleed 3 times!! I would not recommend coming

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueGot gel nails. Guy asked if I wanted gel on toes too. I hadn’t picked my pedicure package yet. He told me that gel was included in Deluxe so I should do it instead of the regular. I said ok. Then during the pedicure a woman told me the gel on toes was $20 extra. I told her he said it was a part of deluxe and that was the whole reason I chose it. They stared at me and refused to do anything about it. Pedicure ended and I realized he only gave me the regular one. He didn’t do the mud mask and the massage literally last 3 minutes. I told them I didn’t think it was fair to pay for the deluxe when he didn’t do it, let alone the $20 tack on. All of the nail techs huddle around me and were very hostile. Critical: QualityWhen technician was performing pedicure I told her she left some rough skin as a result of the sponge she used. She started speaking another language just looking at me. Then she and the other technician continue to speak in whatever their native language was. She never corrected the problem and used language as to why she did not understand. Her polish was so thick she was trying to thin it out with fingernail polish remover and it got to thin. Awful experience; won’t be back. When technician was performing pedicure I told her she left some rough skin as a result of the sponge she used. She started speaking another language just looking at me. Then she and the other technician continue to speak in whatever their native language was. She never corrected the problem and used language as to why she did not understand.
