Owners are absolute nightmares!! Place is disgusting, nothing is done up to code or by the regulations state boards provides, none of the new employees have been trained properly their just thrown in there and they wonder why everyone walks out on them! Most of their equipment is broken, and they do not care about fixing it to provide the service your paying for! Also do not care about paying their employees, I would work 98 hours in a payperiod which is 2 weeks and yet I never saw a dime of overtime! Several weeks would be beyond 80 hours and nothing just my regular pay rate. Pretty sure anything over 40 in one week or 80 in two weeks should have been time an a half. They only care about what benefits themselves! Which is why when things break they do not get fixed! Spending money on packages here is a pure waste!

This is a very nice facility with nice beds. you actually get a nice quick tan from these beds that are obviously well kept. It’s a shame that the Piqua location isn’t as well kept, meaning: many beds accessories such as the fan, radio, etc do not work. It is always very hot in the facility. The A/C itself sometimes doesn’t work. Also, if you ever have a complaint, the manager will not call you back. Staff have even complained about this problem. It is worth the drive to the Troy location vs the Piqua one even with the crazy gas prices!!

Don’t buy the elite package. You pay for the best beds you should get them. Every time I go in there something is wrong with the bed and there’s a forever wait on the other one. They should refund half my monthly payment for the 6 trips I’ve drove here to not be able to tan. Tanning

Fantastic staff!, very friendly and helpful. Extremely clean beds and rooms. Beds always seem to have new strong bulbs. Prices are better than most other places, plus there are 5(?) locations, some are even open much later. They are the most convenient beds around.

The old staff was unfriendly to say the least, but the new employees are awesome. I’m greeted with a positive attitude every time, and the staff is always ready to help. The building and beds were clean. There is plenty of privacy. Value is good and there are different price packages. They do a good job of letting you know what beds have new lamps so you don’t toast yourself. I wish the packages didn’t expire. It stinks to pay for something then lose it because you didn’t use it within a time frame.

I love this place!! They have the best beds, the sweetest staff and it is always clean! I have been to a lot of tanning salons over the years and this one is the best hands down. I wanted a lotion but did not want to spend 60$ and Samantha helped me find one that was perfect for what I wanted at a great price!

Staff is always super sweet. Beds are always clean and bulbs changed frequently. Great hours that they are open. Also excellent prices from the packages to the price on the tanning lotions!

Good quality beds and always clean. Generally friendly staff, although I sometimes wish there were more of them. It’s generally a wait to get signed in and I’m not sure if more than one person works there at a time, so if it’s busy, you might be waiting for a minute…but overall a great local place!

Reading some of the other reviews surprises me. I’ve been tanning here for 7 yrs, and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Bulbs are changed frequently. It’s always clean. Yes, it is pricey, but I’ve been to other local salons, and…well, you get what you pay for. I’ll keep coming back.

Not impressed, looks really nice but service is’t the best. Beds are good but really pricey! I purchased a month-to-month plan (top level) went only 2-3 times a month. After several month had to go out of state for a few months. Requested it to be stopped, and it wasn’t done. When I returned a few months later to start up again I was informed I would have to pay $300(two months worth). I did this because I didn’t really like the other tanning options locally. Went out of town again and now I’m in the same situation again because this time I forgot to stop it. And after restarting the month-to-month I only went maybe 2x in 3-4 months. Just for an idea the customer service, I was paying over $100 a month and only using maybe $20. They by means were losing money off me but now have!
