This experience was amazing!!! They did a fabulous job on my pedicure. They took their time, scrubbed off all my dry and dead skin. They focus on filing and trimming my toenails. When they painted them I was very pleased. My feet have never looked so we’ll.

To think I tipped the man who did my nails!!! Do not come in 1-2 hours before they close. I was pleased at first with how fast he did my nails, until I got home and took a closer look. The gel polish was molded to my nails and he forgot to shape and ENTIRE hand. All my nails are NOT the same size and I’m pissed. I had to go and spend more money to get a file and a fool other tools to get my nails the way I thought he was doing them. I feel so stupid for trusting this salon with my nails. Don’t come here. They don’t care. They don’t care. They don’t care.

I was in town for a wedding and I was unable to get my nails done before I left Denver. Being Easter weekend, most of the nail salons were booked Friday so I went to the mall. I did look at the negative reviews so I was a little nervous going in but I had to get my nails done. I was very pleasantly surprised. Eva was my nail tech and she did an amazing job – very friendly, gentle with my nails – my nails look great! I received a rebase with gel powder and then shellac for the polish. She was even very informative of how I should take care of my nails. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 was because the pedicure I received was just ok. The massage was very good but the polish application was just ok. I had to clean up polish that got on my skin when I could take a shower. I would definitely go back and ask for Eva to do my nails.

Totally ripped off today. Went in for a fill was told the old nails needed,to come off but did not mention any additional charge. Board says 25 dollars for full set which is what i ended up with plus should be 20% for student discount. Was charged 35 dollars for taking nails off. This ahould of been told,ahead of time or specified on there price list. No discount given either. I complained and was told oh well this is what the charge is. 2 weeks ago was only 22 dollars. Will not return… poor business tactics..

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here as a last resort and I will never go back. My nails are uneven bumpy and just ugly. Its been 3 days and I look like I need a fill already. They didn’t even greet me when I walked in I had to walk across the salon and say EXCUSE ME because they were all on the phone. And they had me dry the acrylic in front of a space heater instead of a fan and it made me feel as if my nails were on fire. She rushed doing my full set. I was trying to point out were she was making mistakes as she was going and she insisted she was fixing it (she did not) I had to go to work so didn’t have time to get them taken all off and redone. Honestly I could’ve done a better job myself with the $7 acrylic kit from walmart.

I got my nails done Tuesday may 24. When I got home, my fingers and nails started throbbing. I couldn’t pick anything up because of the pain. Later, finding out that my fingers/nails were getting infected. I ended up going to walgreens to pick up 100% acetone nail polish remover and cotton balls. It took me about 2 hours to take off as much of acrylic chemicals as I could. The next day, I went back to the mall and demanded my money back. They “claimed” that I was allergic with the chemicals which obviously I wasn’t because I’ve done my nails so many times before. Since I haven’t done it there before, they said their materials are much more “expensive”. I don’t recommend this place at all. Not worth the 37$ I paid. I did get my money back and I will NOT go to that place ever again. Don’t waste your time or money

my daughter and I went to have our nails done. We asked to sit together but but our request was ignored. No reason was given they just wouldn’t do it. The nail tech was nice enough until he stole my iphone. When I asked him if he had seen the phone he assured me he hadn’t. I thought possibly I had left it in the car,but it was not there. We went back to the salon and told him we were going to the sprint store and report the phone stolen and have it turned off. Then we left my daughters phone number in case it turned up. Not an hour after the phone had been turned off my daughter got a call stating the phone had been found. I know it was him because my daughter and I were the only customers in the place, and we were separated by at least four stations. If you decide to visit this business watch your possessions carefully.

This place is awful. I went in yesterday to get a Full set and the guy who did my nails made every single nail bleed right by my cuticle. Went home and my fingers hurt and sting so bad they were and still are throbbing! One nail he was cutting down and cut my skin and they burn when I wash my hands. This place is awful I will never be going back. DO NOT GO HERE. Awful service and awful people. Overall the nails didn’t even turn out that well. Praying I do not get a disease!!! Shut this place down

I have been there a total of three times. First time was ok, although expensive and overheard a past customer that will only let a certain person do her nails because rest persons who work there mess up and don’t do a good job. Second visit rushed and missed usual service things done and last time horrible. Pricing is not upfront, pushing for no chip all the time and how things are calculated I don’t understand. Last time you can tell they have old nail polish, how you can tell especially when polish is put on. You can still see nail through polish. When mention a elaborate excuse that it takes a bit to see it. Really? And service not fully done even though not busy and it took owners son and two other people to countless times to calculate price. Then, the person who did my daughters nails asked twice if we paid. I just paid, no tips because of service and asked if I need change for tips. Don’t assume especially since your service was horrible. It was convenient since I was visiting Rockford but moved in with a friend and now definitely looking for somewhere else to go. Definitely do not go there. Not worth even if desperate need of a mani/pedi. Not worth the star I gave. Should be a no star. I should of looked at ratings. Only has 1 star from countless of past customers. Tisk tisk.
