Stopped in here for some tanning lotion, (I currently tan somewhere else) As soon as I walked in, I knew I made the right choice to stop here. They had much better selections than the place I tan at! & Angel was amazing! She helped me pick the best one for my needs and was beyond kind and helpful. Angel’s kindness and awesome attitude made me want to tan here, and I probably would, if I didn’t live out of state!

I really like the place but wished they would keep up on keeping the bulbs changed when they need it. Several of the gold and diamond beds I had noticed hair and dirt around the bulbs. Speakers don’t work in most of the rooms for the music, and a couple of the beds sound like they are on their last leg when you turn them on. Had a few rooms that I couldn’t even lock the door, asked to be moved to a room I could. I just think the beds need updated or kept cleaner, and bulbs more updated for the price that you pay to tan there.

Do not let your 1 year purchase anniversary go by. The employees no longer remind you. I tried to reinstate my remaining minutes 5 days after they “expired,” but they had been deleted and the special sale ended the day before. Bad luck, I guess. Ownership is laughing all the way to the bank here. Nice employees, but they have limited ability to salvage customer relationships. This place needs a good competitor.

I called to get the cost of a spray tan and was rudely told that I would have to come and get a price. Terrible customer service if you ask me. She wouldn’t even answer any on my questions about getting a spray tan. I will take my business somewhere else.
