Made an appt. to get a cut for my teen son. this was only the second time at sports cuts. Stylist was rude, only words said to were. how do you want it cut, and if I do that, I will charge for 2 cuts. She chopped and hacked, she didn’t care or listen to us. cut took about 10 to 15 min, (We were the only people in the shop). She didn’t smile once. My son has never complained about a cut in his life. We got home and he said ” I look like Mo from the three stooges. Worst cut ever! Will NEVER return. Then she had the nerve to be upset when I did not tip her. I tip for quality not rude and bad service. { Wish I knew how to pronounce her name, she was a small, angry, Asian woman.)

After showing up at our app appointed time we waited another 20 minutes. At that point we left and tried the barber shop who got us right in for half the price.
