I tanned at this location during the summer of 2021 and the staff was super amazing! However, I went back to finish up my membership for the month of August 2022 and it was a completely different story. Even the once, very nice manager was rude, on 3 different occasions. Thank goodness for Taylor, who works at the Monroe location and helped me get the most out of my membership before I cancelled it. IF I go back to sun tan city, it would only be to the Monroe location.

The Monroe Location is the Best tanning Facility in the area by far; Taylor and Kaleigh’s Team’s knowledge of their state of the art Beds, and wide variety of the most advanced current up to Date Tanning Products offered along with knowledge of that product makes me buy from them often with a re-assurance I’m getting what I’m paying for and I have an amazing tan because of my visits there! I definitely feel I get exceptional service from Taylor, Alyssa, Kaleigh and Carlie from my arrival till my departure!
