Wow……they charged me $18 for my daughters very first haircut. She’s not even 2 years old. Mind you the haircut was definitely not worth no $18 either and the woman cutting her you could tell was uncomfortable doing so. I will be going to quality salons from now on that I guarantee will only charge me $10 next time. She wasn’t even in the chair 5 minutes people. Never again!!!!

Wish I could remember the stylists name, but she would not give me the haircut I ask for, saying my hair was too thin. I’ve been getting the same haircut for 13 years and I love it. I am leaving a review for my sister because she is super upset but is too nice to say anything or complain. I was hoping i could email the pictures to the salon instead but i couldnt find an email.My sister went to this place at 10:10 this morning and got a haircut. She said the lady was rude and even told her that she needed to sit still because she is cutting her hair unevenly due to her moving. Now, my sister is 28, doesn’t have any physical or mental issues, and knows to sit still while getting a haircut. My sister didnt appreciate that the lady was talking to her like a child about sitting still when she was sitting perfectly still. The lady finished my sister’s hair while it was wet and didn’t dry it. With her wavy, thick hair being wet she didn’t notice anything wrong with the cut….until she got home and straightened it. A 3 year old could have cut it better than this. And that lady knew she was doing an awful job and then tried to blame it on my sister moving when she wasn’t. But she would have had to of been jumping on a trampoline while getting it cut for it to turn out this bad.

I just got done with one of the worst hair cuts I’ve ever had. The woman was arrogant and couldn’t care less about being there. She looked high and angrily corrected me about my feet not being on the foot bar (they were, but my foot caught the height adjustment lever). She had my hair cut in about 3 minutes and it looked like it. When finished I had an uneven buzz cut (which is not what I wanted). The last time I went there another lady just got back from blazing and smelled like pot. Not that I’m against pot smoking, I’d just prefer that my stylist wasn’t high as a kite when cutting my hair. I won’t be coming back.

Had a horrible experience when trying to pay. There was a lady with long purple/black hair didn’t get her name & another lady named Beth. The lady with the purple/black hair was yelling at me very rudely saying that this is how our computer system works. I was trying to figure out how we could come up with a way for the coupon to work. She walked away & had zero interest in helping me further which I found very ignorant & disrespectful when I was very respectful & patient due to the circumstances. Didn’t feel welcomed here at all from the moment I walked in. They shouldn’t be in customer service if they treat their customers the way that I was treated.
