Husband bought package of 5 tans for $9.99 just to try it out because he had never tanned and was never told it had a expiration on it and one of the tans he would have had to went to another salon to use, so since he was never told about this he lost three of the five tans.So now he will not go back. I highly recommended this salon but he had bad service.

First off I am going to say theses employees are amazing very sweet hard working amazing. Here’s my problem whoever runs this place very unorganized so many problems. The computer system kept messing up freezing every time I was there also one person said one thing the other person said I couldn’t just not on the same page I own a salon and I’ve been an area manager for a nationwide company so I see what issues are and what there not there is so many different ways to run this Business and bring the ratings up more revenue better training so girls are all on the same page but again nice hard workers not to mention the formula that this store uses is and off brand to save money I guess not sure but if anyone ever notice when u get dark dark you come looking light and then when you ask them it will darken up no it won’t bronzer is meant to make you dark right then that’s why it’s called a bronzer again more training so these girls understand what they’re doing I’m not knocking the store all I’m saying is more organization because I promise you if it was not the convenience for me I would have never went back and now I’m just going to drive all the way to Avon to Palm Beach Tan where my membership is anyways when I come to town much more professional there’s hands look amazing and the girls have to go through train so they know exactly what they’re talking about I don’t know who the owner of this company is but I do know that you need to spend a little bit more time in your stores and make it an investment not just a project because you can definitely tell you do not put your all into this store Definitely will not be back .

The staff was really nice and helpful. However, this is my second spray tan. I got the “all inclusive for $15” on promo. I had dark, with tint, and a double leg pass. I am blotchy all over. The first time I tanned here my feet didn’t tan and I thought it was a fluke. This time you can see a clear line from my calf down where I didn’t tan. Disappointed in the product and confused.

I got my first ever spray tan here and I could not be happier with the experience! Getting my spray tan was a VERY last minute decision. The only reason I did was because I had my school dance that next day and it was a winter dance in the month of February and I wanted to try it. I was SUPER nervous! I kept telling the lady, “my biggest fear is turning orange, I really don’t want to be orange!” And the lady working was the sweetest and could not have been more helpful! She took the time to explain everything to me step by step. She explained to me, and the two friends that I had with me who were also getting their first spray tan, what everything entailed and how to do it. After her long thorough explanation, I was still nervous haha and I think she could tell and instead of just letting me figure it out, she walked back to the station with me and showed me and my friends exactly what to do! I was so so so grateful for the amazing customer service that I experienced and the time that the employee took to accommodate me and my naive self! I will continue to come back to this location because of my amazing experience and am so grateful to that employee!

I come in to this location once a year because I live over here. I have never had any issues, but tonight when I went in I checked in and spoke with the young lady working. She looked me up and said oh it’s been a long time since you’ve been here! I explained I come in once a year. I told her all I wanted was a tan and then a spray tan right after. She first tried to sell me the “double dip” package and told me to get this $84 package when a tan (had a coupon for $7) and spray tan were just $40. I told her I didn’t understand why I’d have to get a package, and she said that they are pretty much a membership only salon, and it made me feel like what I wanted wasn’t allowed. I explained that this is the only tanning place I go to every year, and that i have never this issue. She then asked me if had any lotion; I advised that I didn’t because I never come here. She then said that I should not go into any of the beds or have any service because my skin will be damaged, and she doesn’t recommend it at all. I finally said look, I just want a basic tan and spray tan, nothing extra, it’s not a big deal. I could tell she was frustrated with me, but I was frustrated that I had to argue with someone for 10 minutes over something so simple. I felt like I didn’t have a choice. After my decisions were made she then told me I had to show her my goggles before I went in. Again, I said I didn’t have these, do you not have stickies? She gave me the stickies. I’m sure she was trying to get a sale, but I almost walked out at one point. I felt pressured and uncomfortable and like I was not allowed to be there. Idk if she was having a bad night, but she seemed very unhappy with me. I hope the next time I am in there I don’t feel pressure to buy anything extra and am treated like every other customer, membership or not.
