Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a customer with Sun Tan City since 2009. I recently purchased a product and was told if I was not satisfied with it I could return and exchange. I went back in and spoke with the Mgr. and she said she would have to call and find out if I was able to exchange it for something else. I stopped in the next day and she had not heard anything from them so she said she would email her District Mgr. and would get back with me when she heard back from them. I called and she said she still had not heard back from them but that she would let me know as soon as she hears from them.What I was wanting to exchange the product for would have been a $100.00+ profit to their benefit. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything from anyone. How can a business be ran like this. I have been a customer with Sun Tan City since 2009. I recently purchased a product and was told if I was not satisfied with it I could return and exchange. I went back in and spoke with the Mgr. and she said she would have to call and find out if I was able to exchange it for something else.
