Same exact lotion at every other salon is half the price of STC and they take money off your credit card through out the month after you pay $120 for 1 month of tanning and when you ask them why, they give a 800 number to call and nobody answers. Critical: ProfessionalismI have been a customer with Sun Tan City since 2009. I recently purchased a product and was told if I was not satisfied with it I could return and exchange. I went back in and spoke with the Mgr. and she said she would have to call and find out if I was able to exchange it for something else. I stopped in the next day and she had not heard anything from them so she said she would email her District Mgr. and would get back with me when she heard back from them. I called and she said she still had not heard back from them but that she would let me know as soon as she hears from them.What I was wanting to exchange the product for would have been a $100.00+ profit to their benefit. It has been 2 weeks and I still have not heard anything from anyone. How can a business be ran like this. I have been a customer with Sun Tan City since 2009. I recently purchased a product and was told if I was not satisfied with it I could return and exchange. I went back in and spoke with the Mgr. and she said she would have to call and find out if I was able to exchange it for something else. Cancelled my membership on site in April then had a $49.47 charge occur on my debit card come July. Spoke to the manager who refused to credit my account, stating I had a 12 month agreement that began in June, 2015. I then pointed out it was now 2017 and was told “you continued the agreement because you tanned past the first 12 months.” Was also reminded in a sales pitch that my membership was only $9.99 per month until I inquired if that were the case then why had $16 been debited from my account the entire time I had been a member. Expect no service and monitor your bank account if you attempt to leave because the service ends when you leave the door. Avoid at all costs.
