I thought false advertising was a thing of the past! Beware if you give them your email address for a free spray tan. The free tan email you receive back doesn’t specify it’s only good for the first week you submit the email. Now my email is bombarded with junk from them and no free tan. It was going to be my first experience with a spray tan to try it out. Guess not. It was nice getting put aside while the clerk helped other customers come and go. Bad experience all together. Do not recommend.

The employees in the Hixson location are amazing, and are always great … All the complaints I seen are because the customer is not always right and I agree!!! I also pay ahead of time but I’m not walking in at 959 to spray tan or walking in at the second they open because who does that!!! I love them there!!

Went to purchase a single visit and was turned down. I was told I had to purchase a package in order to lay. Called corporate and was awarded a free visit due to inaccurate information from the salon.

Sitting outside of stc in hixson it’s 8:30 and they’re still not open. This is common they never open on time. It such an inconvenience like why have business hours if you don’t follow them? That’s like false advertising

They would not accept a coupon that was still valid and did a poor job of explaining why; they didn’t seem like they cared whatsoever about the inconvenience. Not the greatest staff, but I suppose their products and service are still okay.

I’ve been coming to all Chattanooga and Lousiana locations for last 6 yrs I pay for a yr membership in advance . I ONLY spray Norvell!! In the Norvell machine it sprays the best versa makes me look splotchy- horrible even w Norvell spray!! I go in Jan 20 th at 940 pm fir a Norvell spray lady w long brown hair said I already taken the Norvell down for the night !! So I drove across town to get spray tan my job requires me to look good and for auditions the Hamiltion place location machine hasn’t worked in a week so this is the only location I can get a spray tan !! If I pay for a service I expect to receive it even if it’s at 9:59 pm It does not take me forever to spray maybe 3 mins or less!

It takes 3 minutes to spray, and even showing up 30 minutes before closing, they claim they have turned off machines even when I pointed out that I could hear them still going.
