Beware… when signing up there are hidden fees they do not disclose to you. I was told I’d be paying a pro-rated rate for the last 3 days of December and then charged at the beginning of the month. She asked for my signature saying “it was just to confirm the monthly membership” but did not show me anything nor explain the additional fees. Was told I’d be charged $38 at the time of signing up and then charged me close to $100. Then if you call, they’ll tell you “mam you have a right to ask what you’re signing”. Seriously? I own two businesses and I would never say that to a client when I didn’t clearly explain what was being signed to trick them. Not a good way to run a business.

Let me start off by saying this is usually the BEST establishment, from customer service to making sure everything is clean is up to par , as well as professional! Critical: Quality, ValueI went to get a spray tan a few days before heading to the beach and the spray tan was very uneven. After trying to upsell me on 3 different things including an extra spray on my legs. One leg was darker than the other. I called to see what I could do and they told me to go back and try getting sprayed again which I didn’t see helping that situation. Thankfully the spray tan didn’t last very long at all. Its not my usual salon but its closer to my house so I go here on weekends. The layout is different and waiting area is huge… Nice girls. Just not my girls … Brand new bulbs tho;) always love that

I don’t tan at a salon regularly, so I only get a membership every couple of years when we getting ready to head to the islands. This particular Sun Tan City is excellent, the best that I’ve been to so far. The girls are totally awesome and very helpful. Since moving to Nashville from Utah, the girls not only help with the salon and getting my wife and I tan, but have also been helpful in suggesting new places to eat, and they haven’t missed yet!! Would very highly recommend using the Hermitage Sun Tan City. I’ll be back every year from now til the end of time!!!
