I have been going to this location for 2 years and never had a bad experience until tonight. I went in for threading and tinting and am leaving town tomorrow. I didn’t want them shaped or changed, just touched up. I walked out of there with the ugliest most uneven eyebrows I have ever seen. Worst experience of my life, I will never go back

Critical: QualityLet me begin by saying I am not one to post my opinions but I had to this time. I went to this establishment to get my eyebrows threaded and so regret it. I love getting my eyebrows threaded I even find it relaxing. Yesterday was the first time I felt getting them done to be so painful. She was very young and I think she was trying to rush to continue her phone conversation. No one else was in the establishment so it was not due to people being in a line. She did a HORRIBLE job. My eyebrows were super red and I did notice one cut but my eyebrows were really rough due to being in quarantine. I told her she still left hair and did not do a good job cleaning it up. Literally 20mins later when the redness started going away, I had tons of cuts from her. The next day I can not even touch my eyebrows due to how bad these cuts are. I went in hoping that they also do waxing for eyebrows but it turns out they only do threading. Every time I had gotten my eyebrows threaded before it had been super painful, almost like paper cuts on my eyebrows. But I really needed to get my eyebrows done and didn’t want to waste more time and gas going somewhere else so I decided to go ahead and get them threaded. I am so glad I did because the lady did an amazing job! It was still painful, but barely so. The usual pain with hair removal. Way better than my previous experiences. She had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and it was only $10! My eyebrows look amazing. The shape she went with really compliments my face. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school, so around 4-5 years? They have great service and are very friendly. In all these years, they place has always been clean. I don’t know what these other people are talking about. I’ve even walked in multiple times to them sweeping the floors. I only get my eyebrows done there, so that’s the only thing I’m reviewing. It honestly does depend on who does your eyebrows. I really prefer only one lady there because since I’ve been coming for years, she knows exactly what I want. When she’s not there, the other ladies do a good job. I totally recommend this place.

The staff is super friendly, and they always do such a great job with my brows. I don’t have much brow to work with, and they still manage to make them look very nice. They even rub aloe vera on my brows after they’re done threading and it only cost $10. I’ve been here 5 times and I plan on returning many more times. Thank you so much!

Really depends on who threads your brows here…they’re always even sometimes your brows come out better than others though. I’m only leaving a review because I’ve never seen the place dirty and I’m suspicious of the reviews that say it is… anyway really clean, pretty quick, the girls are nice… some are just better than others. 🙂

Horrible experience. Her attitude wasn’t great and the chair have no neck rest. Your head just kind of dangles while she is pushing on your face!! And on top of that she made my eyes very uneven and then tried to tell me they were even. How is that when 1 is arched and the other is straight across. I didn’t even let her do any further damage and left. I will NOT be back

I usually have a great experience here, but today they said they opened at 10am on a Thursday and I came 10 min early because I have a broken ankle and walking is a struggle for me. I get there and wait at the door till 10 and no one comes to open the door. I don’t see anyone inside and so I call with no answer, I wasted 20 minutes of my busy day too wait with a broken ankle for nothing. Again I usually have a great time here but today really upset me. You guys should get your employees schedules down and a better system so customers arent left outside waiting 20 min for nothing. I hope you guys are thourough enough to read this comment and make some changes for the future. I will give this place one more chance before I find a new threading home.
