The prices advertised are NOT what you will pay. When you start questioning the price, they get frustrated with you rolling their eyes and Trying to make you sound stupid.Then they say to make it easy, just provide your bank account info & it’ll be deducted- THATS because when you cancel your monthly membership – YOURE NOT REIMBURSED for the unused days!!

While I generally have few issues at Sun Tan City, I have to say that denying services during operating hours is not ok. If the employee(s) turn long time customers away because they don’t want to clean the equipment during operating hours, there is a problem. Perhaps management is an issue. I can be understanding when the necessary supplies (barrier cream) run out. I am less understanding when the equipment isn’t ready for use and I have to finish preparing the equipment for safe usage, I do it because I don’t want to get hurt. This issue may be the beginning of the end of my years long relationship with this business. It appears Sun Tan City is more concerned with pleasing employees rather than customers.

Every time I go into start my membership back up this would be my third time I tried and get recommendations on lotions and how I should tan to not burn and get the best tan. I’m not able to get any information at all by now I know a little bit. ( like don’t go tan for thr first time for 12 minutes lol but as far as how to get the best out of my package. When to use the fast bed rather than the fastest and how to use the membership I have. they seem not to know. I asked about lotion and both the girls there acted like they didn’t know how the tanning lotions were different and how to explain it to me. They just told me to smell them.. so I picked one off of smell and hope it works for me ..

I love Sun Tan City! I haven’t been this year, but I use them every year for getting a tan for a good tan. Plus, tanning is very relaxing and I absolutely love going there. Every Sun Tan City location I have visited has offered outstanding customer service and I have always felt welcome and eager to go each time!

I went on Friday to get my first ever spray tan done for my Florida trip that we are leaving for today (Wednesday). it was not done to my liking & missed one whole arm & below my knees. so I called them & told them about it & they informed me I could come in today (Saturday) to get it fixed for free, so I went. well yesterday (Tuesday) it started to rub off A LOT on my stomach, chest & hands so it looks really bad & I haven’t even gone to my trip yet!!! this was a terrible experience & I will NOT be coming back or doing one again :/

I’ve been coming here for several months now. While I agree not every single bed is brand new and sparkling, they are functioning. And if you’re not happy, the girls will do what they can to make it right. My pregnant daughter got a spray tan and it turned orange. They had her immediately shower and come back for another spray tan, “complimentary”, and refunded every penny we spent for the first one. They’re always upbeat and I’ve personally witnessed their pickiness of cleaning the beds after each customer. If you have a problem, talk to the manager, she’a pleasant to work with. I actually like all of the girls and have fun when I go in. If you want an instant tan. Then lay in the instant beds. A beautiful tan takes time. Oh and I LOVE 24!!! Thanks ladies for always making my relax time, relaxing! Keep up the good work.
