At 36 weeks pregnant I had the Super Deluxe pedicure & it was amazing! I loved every minute I was so relaxed the entire time. I Also had my nails done, it was my first time using the dip powder, I liked this as well. My favorite part of the experience was the way they treated myself and all of their customers. They took their time with each customer making sure we got the full treatment of the services we were paying for. Most nail salons are quick and trying to move on to their next customer as soon as possible, but not this place so with that said I do recommend making an appointment, they are not going to rush through their clients to squeeze in every person who walks through the door, so if you don’t want to wait or possibly be turned away make an appointment they are worth it.

I really enjoyed my pedicure when i came to get it done here.Id highly recommend this nail salon! The employees are so warming and welcoming and super nice! Sooo disappointed.. I really wanted to like this place. It looks like the nicest in town. But my pedicure was horrible. The lady didn’t even remove any dead skin. Didn’t massage or put lotion on my feet, only lotion on my legs. I’ve never been to a salon where they don’t do those basic things for a pedicure. Critical: QualityI went in with an appointment at 10 and didnt leave til 12:30, all I got was dipped nails. The man who started off doing my nails was in a rush before he even got half way through because 2 gentlemen came in needing hair cuts, needless to say he started them off very sloppy and odd shaped. The woman who took over was going back and forth to me and another customer, she never once washed or sanitized her hands. She tried her best to make my nails look decent but the powder was already sloppy. None of my nails are the same shape or size. I have purple dip all over my fingers, like my 10 year old niece painted them and she caught my skin with the grinder and my nail wouldnt stop bleeding for awhile. Next time I’ll just drive to Fresno, my nails do not look like I paid $50 for them! Everyy time i get my nails done theres, the customer service literally amazes me! And they do such a good job! I always do dip nails! My nails have gotten stronger idk what it is! I live in madera and have been to every nail place but sun nails and spa tops them all!! its worth the drive to the madera ranchos for sure if you want a good job!!!only thing is theyre closed Tuesday i think but its okay !!! Found my place finally!!

First off even with an appointment expect to wait a good 30-45 before getting seen! What’s the point of getting an appointment then?!? They need to work on their staffing and not overbooking people simply because they want the money!
