They are so nice but not very good at color unless you have dark hair. Which I don’t. I went in just to have roots touched up and I’m a blonde. But what I got was kind of a orange top that didn’t blend at all with my existing color. And this was after she tried to fix it. I think if there was less multitasking going on it would’ve been better. She was watching an instructional video and the phone kept ringing and even though other people weren’t busy she would answer it herself, and people kept coming in for a social chat at the same time that she was doing my hair. You don’t feel like you get TLC and I definitely did not get good color. The haircut she gave me was nice. Otherwise this would be a one star review.

Hair was 3 to 4 inches longer asked for a line cut she said i wouldnt cut it short. I said well I do like putting it in a pony tail, she than said we would just layer it a bit. When she was finished unsaid the whole right side is missing a chunk, then she started cutting it short. I could tell she was taking alot of hair off, she style it and it looked good till the next morning I went to style it and noticed the sides we horrible and the back was missing a piece. Nice lady but not a good cut. Called back to request refund. She would only give me 20 of the 40 back. I didn’t need the money gave the 20 bucks to my son after he picked it up. It was the principal that it was a bad cut. I also cancelled his hair appointment for the following day. She apologized but you can’t put hair back. -Sad.

Irene cut my hair last week, I want to say this is the worst haircut I ever got!! I had to go get my hair cut again, because she left it a mess!! And on top of it she chopped all my hair off! Definitely not what I asked for. Never again!

Absolutely the best hair cuts I have ever gotten. I have an appointment so I don’t sit around and wait 2 hours for Gabby to get to me. I walk in, sit in her chair, get an awesome razor fade and then leave. I love it here and there are a bunch of beauticians/barbers to choose from.

Very nice & clean, Stefany was awesome! Very knowledgeable about hair & scalp care, love the cut she gave me (also fun to talk to). Probably the only place in Rio rancho that can accommodate a last minute appt., clearly other salons in the area don’t want business ♀️
