New ownership. Gel manicure did not last chipped quickly. Seemed rushed. Returned after a few weeks gave them a second chance with eyebrows.Disappointing just the same. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe owner gave me my gel manicure and did not do a good job. When i told her to fix things like cut more cuticles or put polish on the sides of my nail she got upset and told me that the polish is watery so it wont look perfect…in my opinion she should have either got a new bottle of the polish or told me to pick a new color. When i told her to fix things like cut more cuticles or put polish on the sides of my nail she got upset and told me that the polish is watery so it wont look perfect…in my opinion she should have either got a new bottle of the polish or told me to pick a new color. i Was very unhappy with my pedicure and would never go back. My apt was at 6:30. The woman who did my pedicure was rushing because they closed at 7:00. She cut me with the cuticle cutter and then I had to tell her to put lotion on the bottom of my feet. She rubbed the hot stones up and down my leg once. When my ties were drying they had their coats in. I told the man next time her shouldn’t take Apts for 6:30. My feet look no better than they did when I went in!!!

The worst service I’ve had in a while. I usually go here and I’ve never had this experience. I paid 70$ for a terrible job. I kept asking him to make them thinner but they were still too thick. They were all uneven and different lengths. I really hate an establishment that rushes the work just because other people/ “more valued customers “ are walking in.
