Critical: ProfessionalismNot very professional. I was cancelled twice for reasons that are not reasonable. The first time, I was called an hour before my appointment, saying that my appointment would be cancelled because the esthetician was out of town. I was understanding and attempted to reschedule another one. On the second attempt, they didn’t even bother calling and cancelled my appointment a couple of days before it was set. The only way I noticed was because I received an automated text message that it was cancelled again. They didn’t bother calling until 4 days AFTER the appointment was originally scheduled. Not very professional. I was cancelled twice for reasons that are not reasonable. The first time, I was called an hour before my appointment, saying that my appointment would be cancelled because the esthetician was out of town. I was understanding and attempted to reschedule another one. On the second attempt, they didn’t even bother calling and cancelled my appointment a couple of days before it was set. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI just received the request for feedback 12/30/2021 but services were rendered back in March-April of 2019. I have to say that I do not recall the name of the lady that assisted with the laser hair removal but she was very professional, and sweet. Hair did not disappear completely but it is thinner than it used to be in the bikini area as well as the under arms. I just received the request for feedback 12/30/2021 but services were rendered back in March-April of 2019. I have to say that I do not recall the name of the lady that assisted with the laser hair removal but she was very professional, and sweet. Hair did not disappear completely but it is thinner than it used to be in the bikini area as well as the under arms. Of course i put sunscreen and followed instructions to what i needed to be done. What I’m telling you guys is Don’t waste your money if you just keep on getting laser but no improvement at all!
