He has a lot of experience and is fun to talk to. I was in good hands. The suite is in a classy old building and is cozy – definitely a nicer vibe than a lot of the other options in downtown Elgin. Got my first cut here since before COVID, so I had messy hair from a year and a half of doing it myself. Jay was excellent and I left looking great!! He has a lot of experience and is fun to talk to.
