Kiera is amazing. I’ve been going here now for 8 months or so. Sugaring is so much easier on my sensitive skin than shaving or other types of waxing. The place is clean and everyone is friendly. The only downside is that parking is a pain in the butt especially after 5:00 p.m. there is a lot across the street that you have to pay for but it’s a couple bucks for an hour.

Second time and it was great! Nina is amazing and really good making you feel comfortable. I loved the results from the first time and decided to continue doing it. You can see results right away. Don’t shave, just sugaring.

I recently moved to SoCal from Boston. I went to a sugaring place in Boston and had a great experience there. I looked for a similar place here and decided to try sugaringLA. Unfortunately I did not have as good an experience here. Both me and my bf left with a lot of hair still on and had to pluck ourselves when we got back home. On top of that, this area is super difficult to find parking and get around in general. Definitely will look elsewhere for future hair removal.

I don’t write reviews but I had to for this one. I had the most amazing first time experience here. I never got waxing done before and after my experience they make me want to go back. First, I couldn’t find parking so I called to let them know I’d be late, and Ema at the front desk was kind enough to tell me there was parking underground for me and she was super helpful and understanding. Next came my session with Jennifer, she was so kind and took me through each and every step during the whole process. It was my first time and was a little nervous and shy. But she was professional and kept reassuring me that if I was uncomfortable at all during the process I can always come back to continue. I enjoyed that she fully communicated what was happening and guided me through everything. I will 100% come back here. If you’re questioning whether to go, DO IT! Place is very well sanitized and clean. They give you privacy before jumping onto the table and man, overall best experience ever.

Critical: ProfessionalismLove the place and all but whoever they have answering the phone is always rude and short with you. They lack of customer service because they’re not very helpful. Bought the new client special which is 2 Brazilian deal and when I called they said I was still gonna get charged which wasn’t true? So then I called again but the other girl also wasn’t explaining anything either. Like am I gonna get what I paid for or not? The manager needs to change their receptionists.
