All around great customer service. They’re very clear on their policies, on top of covid regulations, extremely friendly, and the place is set up so cute. Amanda very fast and nice.Though, with only Sat. open on weekendsand a large client base, hard to schedule in general.Being put on the waitlist means you are called once, and after a day,you are taken off the list without notice.(told this after calling to ask about a refund, after months of what I thought was no attempt to reschedule my prepaid appointments.)Since they text and email other important info, an auto email or text would have been helpful.That said, Nicole who schedules, was so nice, and did ask the owner about a refund, though denied. She makes you feel so comfortable in such a vulnerable state. All the girls there are great. I drive an hour and 20 mins to get there but will continue going because of how amazing these laddies are!
