At first, I didn’t want to go because of all these reviews, but i went with my mom and both of our nails came out great! John did my nails and took his time. He’s also very nice and made conversation with us the whole time. On another note, my nails are super small so people usually mess them up, but he did an awesome job. I love the result! Please give them a chance and don’t let these reviews fool you.

My experience today at style was better than any that I’ve had in year’s. Most of the time, I leave nail salons feeling frustrated and underwhelmed. This is an absolute exception. I’m happy to say that Jon did a fantastic job and I will absolutely be coming back again soon! He was gentle and respectful. I didn’t have to say anything when I was uncomfortable, he was incredibly intuitive as he was working. He took great care of me and handled the distractions of the phone ringing off the hook in a very professional manner. He made sure he didn’t skip a beat with getting my nails done right the first time.

This is the worst nail place I have been to they did my nails a completely different shade then I wanted the shapes were not the right shape and some were longer than the others i asked him for a simple blue color and i got shades darker than i wanted some were fatter than the others and some longer some already had chipping from the polish which he didn’t fix when he kept insisting that they are the right shape he’s lucky that i didn’t go back down there and demand my money back horrible service and rude workers he kept complaining saying they were too long when they were short if i could rate 0 stars i would do not come here!!

Poor costumer service … the guy that did my gel manicure was rushing , he only file my nails and apply the gel color , didn’t even bother to cut or clean my cuticle he applied the gel and after he wanted to file my nails and after that he only apply oil and asked me to wash my hands , that was it no massage no lotion … and to make the experience worse, already within hour the gel was peeling off the nails

I loved the woman who did my nails and how they can came out… So I went and recommended this salon to my mother and sister… I am extremely disgusted with the way the man who did my mothers nails talked to her. My mother paid for her nails to have the stiletto look (pointy) and even showed this guy a photo of my nails… He didn’t do what my mother paid for him to do. He did a totally different style and insisted that they were pointy. My mom isn’t happy, nor am I. I don’t want to go to a salon and pay money to someone that is going to talk down to my mother and make her pay for something she wasn’t happy with. If I had gotten out of work at a reasonable time I would have gone and addressed this situation myself… Unfortunately that isn’t the case. I’m disappointed. Looking for a new salon.
