I’ve been going to Jenna for years and I can genuinely say that she does an amazing job with highlights. She does a fast, accurate job, and the price is very reasonable and fair. For reference I have very dark hair and she’s able to get my hair an ashy light blonde. Amazing. Other salons are not able to do what she does so thank you Jenna 🙂

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe salon I used to go to was sold to a new owner and it had been really long since I got my hair done, or even had a haircut- I have had bad experiences in the past so when my normal hair stylist stopped doing hair I was hesitant. My husband bought me a gift card to this salon so I figured I would give it a try. I VERY MUCH REGRET IT. I called ahead to make the appointment and asked for a cut and highlights and was told highlights start at $85. Haircut is $48. Okay, fair enough. I show up with some pictures (a cut I liked and some ashy blonde highlights) but I let the stylist know I’m open to other ideas just 1. No red or brassy tones, and 2. I didn’t want much length taken off. She spent the whole afternoon criticizing my hair for not having been taken care of for awhile. (Dry, knotty, too long) sorry but I recently had a baby and during the pandemic my hair has not been my biggest priority but ok whatever. So she cut some hair first so we wouldn’t be dying what we didn’t need to, she showed me how much she was gonna take and I said ok. Thinking that would be roughly the length I’d end up with when all was said and done. She told me she needed to darken my roots and couldn’t do what was in the picture because on instagram people filter pictures (picture wasn’t from instagram) and it’s near impossible to match. (We are already INTO the dye job and she’s just first telling me now that it’s going to look nothing like the pic).. she used some toner, we washed it and she styled it and to my displeasure I look in the mirror to see MUCH shorter hair than expected, and the brassiest highlights I’ve ever had. Then I get to the register and she tells me the total. Y’all I almost passed out. THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. “Highlights start at 85” translates into you’ll pay more than 85 dollars- I understand that much. BUT THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS?! For one of the worst haircuts and dye jobs I’ve ever gotten?! And you clearly added a bunch of stuff to the process I didn’t ask for but yeah…No thank you. So disgusted and disappointed. WILL NOT BE BACK. 0/10, would not recommend.Services: Balayage, Hairstyling, HaircutThe salon I used to go to was sold to a new owner and it had been really long since I got my hair done, or even had a haircut- I have had bad experiences in the past so when my normal hair stylist stopped doing hair I was hesitant. Amazing salon! It really felt like a bunch of friends just hanging out, doing each other’s hair. We came out with a better understanding of our hair types, how to style, and a game plan to move forward. I can thank you enough!
