I’ve been coming here for years and always recommend Esperanza! She is the first person to ever color my brunette hair exactly how I wanted it and the only person I trust to keep it looking natural and healthy. She also rescued my color from my COVID-era at-home attempts, and recently gave me the most drastically different haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life and I love it! I never would have trusted anyone else, but she’s so patient and thorough that I always leave happy with my results. Tbh, I started coming here just because they have the best hours (when your kids only go to school for 2-3 hours a day, it’s not easy to squeeze in hair color!) but I keep coming back because I’ve never loved my hair this much (and this is coming from someone who used to take the train into the city for my highlights).
