The staff was very nice but I genuinely received the worst haircut of my life here. I asked for layers and didn’t know they had no idea how to do them. I just got my hair done here and it was honestly one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. Silvia colored my hair and was so sweet and amazing! I’ve always wanted to go full blond but I was hesitant because other stylist discouraged me from doing it. And today when I came in I was planning on just going slightly red with highlights but mentioned that I’ve always wanted to go blond. She actually listened to me and encouraged me to do what I really wanted, unlike other stylist. It turned out beautiful and I’m feeling so confident with it. I was having a horrible day and she made it 1000× better!!! Thank you so much Silvia!!

This was the best experience I had with getting my hair cut. I was apprehensive going in as I had a few too many bad hair cutting experiences but Silvia immediately put me at ease. I appreciate that she listed to what I wanted and was honest with me about what would work for my hair. She did a wonderful job not only with the hair cut but also with explaining what she was going to do on my hair before she did it. My hair ended up looking great and I couldn’t be happier.
