I’ve been going to Nara for massages for years and have always walked away feeling more relaxed and invigorated at the same time. Nara can do deep tissue, Swedish, lymphatic and other types of massages combined with gentle stretching. She has the skills, experience, and intuition to know just where work is most needed.
