I called to make an appointment with my regular hairdresser and since there were 2 there with similar names I always describe her. I was told she was on maternity leave. So I went ahead a made an appointment with another stylist. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and got it. Also found out my regular hairdresser didn’t work there anymore. Since I described her I’m sure they could have told me over the phone. So of course I asked about it and will admit I wanted to know where she went. The haircut I got after less then a week I didn’t like it. I made another appointment with the same hairdresser to get the cut I’ve had before. Also another hairdresser that works there has the same cut so I showed her I wanted it cut just like hers. I always get the shampoo, cut and styled and it looked nice. After the first shampoo and towel dry at home I cried, literally. The original cut can be styled or just brushed and looks nice. My hair is chopped in so many places it has to be styled to even look good. On the good side it is a clean salon.
