This salon is absolutely amazing!!! I called at 9am on a chance someone could fit me in for a blowout because I was getting my picture taken for my license. They got me in within an hour with Emily. Let me just say Emily is beyond awesome. She asked me questions about my hair, what products I used and this was even before my blowout. She made me feel so comfortable. I have had a horrible experience at another upscale salon so i tend to get anxiety. I felt none with her. She did an amazing job on my hair and I was so impressed with her, that I made an appointment next week for color and cut. The receptionist was super sweet too. They try their hardest to please the customer and get them in as soon as they can. They even give you a little gift bag with coupons, and a travel size hair enhancer. Very very welcoming salon and I’m so excited to see Emily next week. I got so many compliments on my hair and that’s all thanks to Emily and her amazing talent!!

I have been going to this salon every 2 weeks for almost 2 years now. The staff there is beyond compare. They are more than pleasant and nice to me, offering drinks, etc. while I am there. The salon staff are extremely knowledgeable about hair care and are always more than willing to educate and help people achieve the healthiest hair possible! I have had my nails done by BOTH of their nail techs and have zero complaints. Hannah has helped me to stop biting my nails and they have grown healthy and strong. I get compliments on my gel manicures everywhere I go. And I always tell people to go to Roots, for whatever they need done! The owner is the nicest person you could ever meet. I hands down will never get my nails done anywhere else. I love these girls!

Love this salon! I have been going here since they moved to their current location. The coloring and haircuts from Emily are the best I’ve ever had, and I get lots of compliments. I’ve referred a bunch of friends who also love the results. Jordan does phenomenal pedicures and gel manicures that look just as good two weeks later. Friendly staff, and owned by a woman with a huge heart that cares about customers and her community.
