Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value19 years of impeccable reviews until 3 people decided to sabotage the salon after the passing of a beloved coworker that was also one of the owner’s best friends since high school. The family agreed that Studio Seven should tell her clients because the family had already posted it on social media and contacted immediate family. When Studio Seven finally had access to the software Vigaro that Jen used for her client’s contact information it only allowed so many words to express the devastation and details Studio Seven tried to let her clients know what had happened as Jen had not been working for weeks prior and they were showing up for appointments. Jen had been expressing for weeks how she wanted the salon to try to accommodate her clients so that when she returned they wouldn’t have already gone elsewhere. What these people don’t realize is that they couldn’t if they wanted to. So they got names and numbers of 4 other stylists that they were referring them to.To be a co worker and more importantly a friend of 36 years was already devastating. I received a text that I felt was professional regarding the loss of our beloved Jen. I did not think in any way shape or form that you are trying to “poach” clients. Glitches happen and double text messages are sometimes sent. Thank you for informing us of her passing and trying to do the right thing, while feeling your own loss and devastation. The salon was trying to accommodate clients instead of turning them away.
