Absolutely amazing experience! The place is very modern, clean, smelling fresh and relaxing. Facial was relaxing and refreshing. My massage was the best one I ever had! Masseuse concentrated on my problematic areas, combined deep tissue massage with much needed stretches. My feet got pampered with feet massage and a pedicure after. Highly recommend this place!

Courtney was amazing! I was looking for a boho look and she nailed it. The picture attached is from my wedding trial. I also did a makeup trial and tweaked a few things for the big day and it all came together perfectly!! They even had a room where my bridesmaids and I could sit and relax. Thank you again so much! This is a relaxing place! The staff is awesome and very comforting. Every sense is pleasing and when you look about luxury catches your eye with amenities that are aesthetic and soothing. I had a 25 min massage, and now I wish I would have booked the full 60! It is fairly priced and is a must visit while traveling through or around Galena.

Maggie and the team at Studio One were amazing! Having the entire salon to ourselves the day of my wedding was so relaxing. We were able to use the massage chairs and take pictures outside on the patio. They even let us use the nail polish for my flower girls. I had 7 people get wedding updo’s & 4 people get makeup services and we finished ahead of schedule which was a huge plus for me as a Bride. I’ll defiantly go back in the future to use the other spa services!

Went to this studio over the weekend for a bachelorette spa day. There was 3 of us in total. The facility itself was beautiful, they had multiple wonderful amenities such as free beverages and heated zero gravity chairs that you could wait in between services. The massage was wonderful and the facial the bride received she also enjoyed. The reason I’m giving 3 stars was the unimpressive pedicure, drastic price increase and the poor communication. We were told at time of booking we would be able to have our pedicures together. We were told the day of this was not possible due to us getting different services which was disappointing. The pedicure lasted about 15 minutes, had an extremely short massage time, no options for scent choices of lotion used and felt very rushed. It was not worth the 72 dollars they charged. We also found out at check out that the time of our massage service had gone from 90 minutes to 75 minutes. The price had also increased from 95 dollars to 138 from the time of our original booking. This was never communicated to us until it was time to pay. When we questioned them they said “Prices were subject to change”. Which we understood but that was an extremely large jump in price without any communication. Although the massage and atmosphere of facility was lovely, would likely not return again due to lack of communication.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe came for a bachelorette party and while the employees were very nice, we had multiple issues with the day.We had a package to include a sauna treatment but there was no sauna for sauna treatment. And while they gave us $5 for that, we were already paying $255 so a $5 discount didn’t equate in price off. There were multiple hours of waiting due to not having enough employees to accommodate party. The services did not last the entire time they were expected (1 hour massage, 1 hour facial but did not last that long). Two of us couldn’t have manicures due to not being able to do full services with nails. One of our girls has smudged nails and has already chipped. Communication was not great prior to when setting things up for this day. While the facial was relaxing, it was only a steamed towel, spray then a cream done multiple times. My friend and I went for a spray tan. We had never had one before so we had no idea what to expect. However we were treated very well! I’m upset that I can’t remember her name, however the woman that sprayed us, was super professional, and knowledgeable. She gave us her recommendations based on it being our 1st time and our complexions. Even though I was standing in front of a complete stranger, basically naked I was strangely at ease.
