If you value your time.. avoid at all cost. Not let me start by saying that I understand things happen and I usually dont complain but this afternoon was just unacceptable. I made an appoint online for 1:30pm. The appointment was confirmed. I arrived 5 min early. Greeted with no smile and told to take a seat. At 5 min past my appointment time the receptionist tells me the stylist is running a few min late and I could go get a coffee if I wanted to. I told her I’d just wait…5 min became 10.. 20 became 30, 30 became 40.. finally the stylist comes out, apologizes saying that she is stuck with an other client and it will be a few more minutes. I was irritated but did not say anything.. She returns to me after a min and says that it will be longer and she can see if someone can squeeze me for a quick hair cut unless I wanted to wait more. I asked her to check for me and no one was available.. At this point, I decided it was time to leave. I was offered a $10 discount upon departure.

Kelli, the owner, did a permanent hair straightening treatment for me today. Using Opti Smooth by Matrox. It is fabulous!!! The salon is in old town Seal Beach and has a great vibe. She did a wonderful job and I would /will recommend her to all my friends!!!

I had an appointment with Sabrina. I went in to get my hair died strawberry blonde. I left 8 hours later with half my hair gone and my hair yellow. The hair around my crown burnt off and I saw pieces in her comb and on my cape. The rest of my hair was over-bleached to the point where it could not take color. She acted like everything was fine and normal the entire time.
