Chelsie is the best! She listened to what I wanted, took her time to think about the process, and came through with flying colors, literally. I have crazy curly hair that usually is very dull with no shine. Chelsie gave me the purple highlights I’ve been wanting and made my hair have some beautiful shine which softened my curl.
