From Platinum blond to grayish white blond to yellow grayish hair Plus more Breakage, Hair Lose and Sensitive Scalp. The hair dresser Kimberly LaFleme was galloped through doing my hairs. She speeded up with bleaching my root twice, changing hair tones four times including the root and the rest of my hair, air dried three times with PULLING OUT of my hair because she is such rushing into it. Thanks for your so much work.Keeping blond for two years, this is the first time I got root touch up with changing hair color. All Of Them. Worst place ever. Right now I have no clue how to fix my hair color back. Really Really Upset. Refuse going out of my house. She said she is doing her best. I truly believe that. Just have one thing to say, If you can not doing the hair job properly than I would suggest you should leave my hair alone. Starting with the root touch up ending with my WHOLE HAIR COLOR changed. Makes me old, and skin looks darker. From Platinum blond to grayish white blond to yellow grayish hair Plus more Breakage, Hair Lose and Sensitive Scalp. The hair dresser Kimberly LaFleme was galloped through doing my hairs. Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI went to another salon(Supercuts) on August 14th, 2021, to have my hair just washed and after getting up from the wash bowl, ALL my hair was in a huge knot. The girl used a stripping shampoo on my long curly hair, why she used such a harsh shampoo, I don’t know. I left Supercuts in tears. My daughter called Studio 9 and my normal stylist there, that does my hair normally was busy and could not help me, but the girl on the phone said to come in and someone will take a look at the knot. Carla and Harper worked at getting my knot out for 2 1/2 hours, as other stylist would walk by, they would say you need to cut that out, Carla replied, “I want to try to save her hair”. I know any other stylist would have probably just cut my hair off, which would have been to my chin, but not these two wonderful, patient girls, they worked so long and very gentle to get my knot out. I never even met them before, but they were so compassionate and showed me so much love and kindness. I don’t know how I can ever repay them for their help and diligence in saving my hair. I have lost and I am still loosing more hair, I have since learned that the product Supercuts put on my hair crystallized and damaged all my hair, but I do have hair, thanks to Carla and Harper. I went to another salon(Supercuts) on August 14th, 2021, to have my hair just washed and after getting up from the wash bowl, ALL my hair was in a huge knot. The girl used a stripping shampoo on my long curly hair, why she used such a harsh shampoo, I don’t know. I left Supercuts in tears. I rarely write reviews, but I appreciated finding her from another review, so I had to write mine.She listened carefully and did exactly what I requested, and I walked out pleased with my haircut for the first time in a long time. I was ok with losing a lot of inches in length to have a better shape overall, and she checked more than once about the length. The overall shape is so much better now! She is very personable and I had a fun time talking with her.If you’re going for a curly cut, like many other stylists, she recommends coming in with your hair styled so that she can see your existing curls, and a dry cut. My hair was flat from being in a bun, so she washed it first.I can’t afford to go to a specialized curly salon so I asked about price before booking. For how talented and knowledgeable she is, and comparing to another salon in Kent, the cost was very reasonable.I would recommend her to any friend, including curly-haired people!
