I received a brazilian body wax on my girl parts and not only did they use the strip waxing that is as weak as the ones used for facial hair removal !! instead of the sugar waxing or normal body waxing . They also did not properly prep me and left me with patches of long thick hairs to pluck on my own, in several areas . I can not pluck them due to sensitivity. Their prices are too high to leave any hairs behind . Overall the customer service was nice and friendly but they refused to refund me .

Great place to go-friendly service-they greet you immediately, offer a beverage, tell you the status of your stylist. Julie is beyond excellent! She knows curly hair inside and out and listens to what you are interested in, and offers helpful ideas. There color lines are awesome-my color lasts a long time. I always leave there feeling very pampered. They have a wide selection of products for hair, makeup, facial care. Highly recommend!!

The first stylist I got totally did not give me what I asked for in haircut or color, I did speak to the manager and paired me with another stylist who attempted to fix my hair. I still feel like I did not get what I asked for in hair cut or color. I will not be returning to this Salon.
