I was very nervous to go to a salon after my mom being the only one to do my hair for 23 years (she was a licensed cosmetologist) but i heard good things about her. She was very sweet and explained everything to me so well. I had a very difficult hair situation (naturally blonde dyed red, and the red faded to orange and was STUCK to my hair) she very upfront with me that the orange might take a few tries to get what i wasAsking for.
